Kyrgyzstan to strengthen ties with Russia within intergovernmental commission

Kyrgyzstan plans to strengthen its ties with Russian within the intergovernmental commission, Valentin Vlasov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Kyrgyzstan told mass media on Monday.

The ambassador met with Kadyrbek Sarbaev, the Kyrgyz Foreign Minister last Saturday. The minister pointed that Kyrgyzstan intended to change format of its relations with Russia, in particular, in work of the intergovernmental commission.

The Kyrgyz side will, supposedly, increase its representation by means of including representative of the Kyrgyz President’s Institute in the structure.
