John Tiner & Partners denies Jerooy tender information in The Independent

“John Tiner & Partners” denies the Jerooy tender information, published by The Independent.

“John Tiner & Partners” is the general law consultant of the Kyrgyz Development Fund authorized to organize selling of Jerooy deposit to the investors in compliance with all tender procedures,” Valery Tutykhin, representative of the company said.

“The registration of tender applicants has not been completed,” he added.

The British The Independent released information stating that “Polus Gold” turns out to be the favourite of the tender. Valery Tutykhin disproved the information saying that “Polus Gold” can not be considered a favorite of the tender for one main reason - the collection of price information has not been completed yet. Moreover, for the date of article publication in British press, “Polus Gold” did not even make any tender proposal,” Tutykhin underlined.

The Kyrgyz Development Fund has already sent a denial to the Independent being afraid that the companies may refuse to take part in the tender after reading that article.
