Kyrgyzstan entered four main importers of Kazakh flour

Kyrgyzstan is included into the four main importers of the Kazakh flour, Vesti.kz reported referring to the press-service of the Republic Kazakhstan’s Agriculture Ministry.

According to results of 2009, Kazakhstan takes the first place among the flour exporter-countries. Over the past 12 months the republic has taken out 2.2 million tons of this product that makes more than 3.1 million tons in grain equivalent. Thus, Kazakhstan already in the third time has kept the leading position in this area.

If in 2007 Kazakhstan possessed 15% of the world export of flour, so in 2009 it makes more than 18%. The main importers are Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan.
