Aziz Abakirov, Head of the Kyrgyz Software Programmers’ Association suggested Kurmanbek Bakiev the President of Kyrgyzstan creation of 4G cellular network in Kyrgyzstan. The initiative was voiced Thursday at a session of the Investment Council under the Kyrgyz President.

As to Abakirov, Kyrgyz specialists can analyze possible creation of the network in Kyrgyzstan and deal with 4G launch.

He also offered to introduce video chat for holding on-line conferences and councils with governors, chiefs of rural administrations and other officials in work of the government institutions. Native programmers could also contribute to development of e-business- internet payments and banking.
