Finance Ministry of Kyrgyzstan says growth ratio of services slows down in January-February 2010

Growth ratio in the sphere of services slowed down in Kyrgyzstan in January-February 2010. Such conclusions were made by specialists of the Finance Ministry of the KR.

According to the ministry press service, growth of services made up only 1.5 percent. In 2009 growth was 6.7 percent comparing to 2008 indicators.

Reportedly, the growth ratio of trade services, auto service, household goods and personal demand items, which is about third of total volume of services, amounted to 0.8 percent. At the same time in retail trading (except vehicles and engine fuel trading) the volume of services increased by 1.6 percent, in hotels and restaurants – by 3.1 percent.
