Nurbek Zhalidinov: State-financed organizations of Kyrgyzstan owe 200M soms for gas

“State-financed organizations of Kyrgyzstan owe Kyrgyzgas OJSC 200M soms for gas,” said the OJCS finance director Nurbek Zhalidinov to 24.kg news agency.

According him, Finance Ministry hasn’t started to finance the organizations yet. “Currently they are cut off from gas but there still winter debts. In summer state-financed organizations are forgetting that they have to pay for the consumed gas. Defaulters will pay not only the debts but fines too. Also we are suing them,” explained the finance director.

He noted that Kyrgyzstan also have debts before KazTransGas OJSC (Kazakhstan) $4.5M. Kazakhstan warns about it but is not going to cut fuel export.
