About 180,000 Kyrgyz citizens, who left the country to work in Russia, should be legalized there. It was said today at a press conference.
As the participants noted, 40,000 Kyrgyz citizens have already withdrawn from the "black list." The rest must go through certain procedures to return to Russia after being deported. A special memo for migrant workers, explaining the legitimate possibility of withdrawal from the list of Kyrgyz citizens who are denied entry to Russia, is worked out. It was published with a circulation of 2,000 copies.
Employees of the State Registration Service added that posters will be placed in all territorial divisions of the State Registration Service and passport offices.
