Another condition for the withdrawal from the black list was the fact that one and a half year has passed since the ban. Generally there are more than 49,000 Kyrgyz citizens in the black list of the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation.
"Today, over 194,000 Kyrgyz citizens in Russia are at risk group. They have violated immigration laws. About 54,000 of them didn't specify in the migration card at the entrance to the Russian Federation, that their aim is employment. To update the migration history they need to go outside Russia's territory till November 1, 2015. At the border they will get the stamp of the border crossing. After that, a citizen may return to work in Russia. Citizens going to Russia should check themselves on the presence at the black list of the FMS of Russia," the Ministry of Labour says.
