"Kyrgyzstan will feel the effect of joining the EEU before the New Year," the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said at a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council today.
According to him, today the Heads of State had a tough day. First they went far beyond the agenda approved by the Council of Heads of the CIS. The situation repeated at a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.
"We have discussed the questions at the request of the President of Kyrgyzstan for a long time. These are issues related to the accession of Kyrgyzstan to the EEU, including the effectiveness of this step. We agreed to work out the issue of dealing with the problems on the border of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan at the proposal of the President of Russia, who was supported by the head of Kazakhstan," Alexander Lukashenko said.
