Kyrgyz Embassy to control investigation over Kyrgyz citizen’s assault in Moscow

“Criminal investigation over the assault of a Kyrgyz citizen in Moscow is under our control,” The Kyrgyz Embassy in the Russian Federation reported.

The Diplomatic mission confirmed that the assault witnesses called the police immediately.

The witnesses said they saw a group of people shouting national slogans and hitting passers-by. The police found a 39-year-old yardman from Kyrgyzstan in a very bad condition. Police caught two offenders in a hot pursuit – a 15-year-old 10 grader and 16-year-old orphanage inmate. A kitchen knife and a cell-phone with skinhead videos were withdrawn from them.

The Kyrgyz Embassy asked the Southwest Administrative Regions’ Prosecution Office to investigate the case. Police launched criminal investigation under article hooliganism of the Criminal Code. It is conducting operational searches.

Hasanjan Akbarov born in 1970 in Massy village, Jalalabad oblast, refused hospitalization. The further investigation is ongoing.
