Kyrgyzstan would like to cultivite relations with Algeria and Australia, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev said today at the ceremony of presenting credentials by the Ambassadors.
"As for Algeria, we would like to establish practical cooperation with this country in the field of tourism, trade and economic sphere, - the head of state said. - I am very pleased to receive the credentials from the Ambassador of Australia. We know Australia from various films - fiction and non-fiction. But we appreciate this friendly step and hope to find concrete areas of mutually beneficial cooperation. This country has developed sheep breeding. There is something to exchange experience."
Almazbek Atambayev also noted the intensification of bilateral relations with Turkmenistan and expressed the hope that all the agreements will be implemented.
"We are grateful to Poland for the allocation of funds for the support and development of agriculture. Now we choose priority projects and expect that the relationship will develop, given the fact that due to the rapid economic growth Poland has become one of the most prominent players in the European Union," the President added.
The President was handed the credentials by the Ambassadors of Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Poland, Australia, the Philippines, Israel, Sweden, Algeria and Hungary.
