At least 6,653 long-livers reside in Kyrgyzstan

Number of Kyrgyz citizens at the age of 100 years and older has reached 622, press service of the Labor and Social Development Ministry reported.

At least 6,653 citizens are at the age of 90-94, whereof 2,696 live in the southern regions of the country, 1,603 in Talas, Naryn and Issyk-Kul oblasts and 2, 828 in Bishkek. Therewith, 2,828 citizens of the republic have reached the age of 95-99 years.

This year up to 2, 130 couples have celebrated a Gold Wedding (50 years) anniversary.
