At least 1,200 Pakistanis study at higher education institutions of Kyrgyzstan, the Pakistan Embassy to the Kyrgyz Republic informed the news agency 24.kg.

The foreign students mostly study medicine in Osh and Bishkek.

About 25 thousand foreigners with three thousand citizens of non-CIS countries among them, attend Kyrgyz institutions of higher education, Educational Institutions’ Union said.
