School racket in female appearance

The problem of school racket still remains one the top. The sizes are shocking, though society knows only a small part of facts: moral pressure, fights and extortion among teenagers. The most part remains hidden. Unfortunately, the facts of school racket fall into the public domain only in the case of victim’s dead or hospitalization with serious traumas. The examples can be Adilet Jusumaliev and Sadabai uulu Nurak, schoolboys who died at the hands of school students.

The worse thing is that even more girls are engaged in extortion and an attack on the schoolmates. Their behavior differs with big cruelty and cynicism, experts said. Acknowledgement to that can become a letter of several citizens from Talas which have addressed it to a mass-media, law enforcement bodies and even to officials with the request to punish guilty of mockeries of their children.

Parents have renewed a chronology of school racket in the letter.

In the beginning of December, 2009, five schoolgirls of 9th classes of schools № 1 and № 2 of Talas were severely beaten by schoolgirls of 11th class of school №1 together with the senior pupil of school № 2, natives of village and a girl Gulzat with previous convictions for a robbery. Eight offenders led ninth-graders to the nearest forest “under escort” where began to mock at them under the threat of savage reprisal. They were beating them with sticks and bludgeons, openly reminded each other that they must not punch victims in the face in order not to leave proofs. They forced them to cry, laugh, sing, and wipe dirty shoes of senior pupils. At last all people were forced to bring money next day keep silence. Otherwise they will kill them, as they have influential acquaintances, so-called "protectors" including representatives of law enforcement bodies.

On the next day racketeers came to the territory of school № 2. Having robbed of mobile phones from two ninth-graders, they took them to the rental apartment. The rest were forced to pay for mobile communication and buy products for 500 soms. Girls did everything of fear. When they came to the given address, there were the same evil-doers and two beaten ninth-graders. Girls were forced to put clothes off, and racketeers have searched bags and have robbed of everything they wanted. Then they began to beat them again, this time with special cruelty - on genitals. Girls were crying and the owner of retailed apartment came and everybody was driven out. The racketeers have rented another apartment at the next entrance, have moved victims there and continued mockeries.

The next day some of victims could not even leave their beds. Almost all girls began to complain on breast and hips pain. They had to explain parents the reason. The indignant parents have informed the director of school № 2 and have written the application to the Internal Affairs Department of the city. Next morning near to State Internal Affairs Department suspected girls tried to catch up ninth-graders, but they managed to run away. They even called to one of victims, forced her to take away the application.

Girls shouted that they will pay to militiamen 2 thousand soms and come off clear.

During the legal investigation process parents of racketeers simply did not believe that their girls are able to do this. The case has reached to the point of irrationality: they began to accuse us that we have beaten the children ourselves. However after examination that confirmed the fact of a beating and the witnesses’ testimony that they saw girls went to the forest, their parents recognized fault and have started to feel sorry, Marina Edigeeva, one of victim’s aunt said.

The investigation is ongoing. However, there is a sense that the case is delayed. Probably, because it was given to another inspector, he started to understand all details. While it is known that one senior pupil is dismissed from the school. We demand an objective legal investigation that the guilty were punished for moral and physical humiliation of teenagers. A huge loss is caused to mentality of our children because of severe actions. Unfortunately, this case is not single. During the investigation victims admitted that they were regularly exposed to various forms of violence, but hid it. Girls have declared that senior pupils, who tormented them, said that they also once passed through such humiliations. In their opinion, following generations should pass severe school too. They ostensibly tempered younger and wished to enlist them in the circle of racket. Probably, they did not expect that case would become public. Today parents of victims need to hope only for impartiality of law enforcement bodies and court which will define a measure of punishment guilty, she said.

A lawmaker Guljamal Sultanalieva got a letter from parents. Such incident could not leave the Deputy, constantly taking up the problems of children and youth, indifferent. She has addressed with the statement to the Kyrgyz Interior Minister, Moldomusa Kongantiev and asks to take this case under the personal control and to assist the investigation.
