Around 30 vendors of Osh bazaar are rallying in front of the Parliament, the leader of the Movement against Corruption, Nazarbek Nyshanov, reported to 24.kg news agency.
According him, vendors continue termless rally and demand Bishkek mayor Isa Omurkulov and Prime Minister Omurbek Babanov to resign. “Municipal authorities continue ignoring us. Deputies of all factions support us though,” said Nazarbek Nyshanov. “Talant Mamytov, Ravshan Zheenbekov and Kozhobek Ryspaev phoned to both the mayor of the capital and the head of Leninsky district but this was fruitless.”
“Osh bazaar vendors demand to allow them working and not disturbing them,” he concluded.
Recall, in 2011 MPs declared moratorium on dismantling and relocation of light construction facilities before adoption the Law on Trade Markets. Ignoring the moratorium, workers of administration and police have begun pushing out vendors of Osh bazaar on the ground of construction of a new road.
