“A woman-sniper was on a roof of Ilbirs building on April 7, 2010,” an additional witness Manasbek Akmatov said at the court hearing on April events.

He says he saw when she was killed her body fell down from the roof of Ilbirs. “She was in black uniform and white jogging shoes. Her eyes were bloody. In my opinion she was Caucasian. When she was killed her rifle was brought. But we didn’t find the rifle in headquarters afterward. I think her body was taken away by officers of intelligence agencies,” said Manasbek Akmatov.

He told he joined the rally near Forum building when there were around 300 people. “Officers of the Ministry of Interior began to use non-lethal weapons against protestors, policemen dispersed people, and detained persons were closed in a car. Then people waxed angry and picked up stones and batons. Cars – minibus “Mercedes” and military vehicle “Ural” – drove up from Alma-Atinskaya Street. Enraged protestors began to pilfer weapons belonged to military men,” the witness added.

Evidences of the witness dissatisfied victims who shouted insults to him calling him a jackal.

Recall, the court hearing on April 7 events, when the second president of the republic was toppled, is being held at the Department under Penitentiary System Security and Convoy under the State service of corrections under the Government. Total number of defendants is 28 including former high-ranking officials. They are charged with murder of two and more people, abuse of office and leaving the duty station. Besides, officers of Alfa and Arstan special units are charged with loss of weapon.
