In Kyrgyzstan, an action plan to develop a draft concept for law enforcement agencies reforming was approved. The Information Policy Department for the Kyrgyz Governmentís Office informs.
Reportedly, an extended session of the interdepartmental Commission on Draft Concept Developing for 2012-2015 was held in the Kyrgyz House of Government. The session participants discussed 3 variants of the project presented by the interdepartmental Commission, Ministry of Internal Affaires and civil union ďFor reforms and resultĒ.
As it was noted, following the results of the discussion it was decided to develop a coherent version of a single concept and to submit it to the Cabinet session with subsequent consideration of Kyrgyz Parliament.
Besides, the issue of approving the action plan for May-June 2012 to develop the draft concept, which has been adopted taking into account the comments and suggestions, was discussed as well.
Help. The interdepartmental Commission on Draft Concept of Internal Affairs Agencies Reforming Development for 2012-2015 was established by government order in September 2011. The Commissionís chairman is Kolbay Musayev, deputy head of the Governmentís Office, head of the Defense, Law Enforcement and Emergency Department; co-chairmen are MPs Daniyar Terbishaliyev and Ravshan Zheenbekov. The Commission also included deputies Torobay Zulpukarov and Tynchtyk Shainazarov, Parliamentís, Presidentís, Governmentís Offices representatives, as well as Interior Ministry leadership, including deputies heads of Interior Ministry central divisions and departments, civil sector activists, Department of Internal Affairs veterans and independent experts.
