Kazakhstan lent aid to Kyrgyzstan with technique and weapons for $1.19M in 2012. It was reported to 24.kg news agency by Kazakh Embassy in Kyrgyzstan.

According the embassy, the aid with specialized technique and food for $163.2K was given in 2010. “For all years of independence Kyrgyzstan Defense Ministry cooperated with Kazakhstan armed forces in framework of bilateral and multilateral (SCO, CSTO and CIS) agreements. Such cooperation was dynamic and positive. 10 bilateral documents were signed in framework of military and technical cooperation. Apart from it interaction in military education and joint military maneuvers also take place. Today on 20th anniversary of Armed Forces of Kazkhstan and on the eve on Victory in Great Patriotic War Day (World War II) Kazakh extraodinary and plenipotentiary ambassador Beibit Isabaev congratulated WWII veterans. Earlier, on April 26 Kazakh Defence Ministry Military Attaché Colonel Abdilov M held a meeting for high-ranking officers of Kyrgyz Defense Ministry, Central Command of Armed Forces, military and diplomatic staff accredited in Kyrgyzstan and public officials of Kyrgyzstan on occasion of Defender of the Motherland Day commemoration,” said in the official report.
