Kyrgyzstan’s Foreign Ministry needs creation of a special department on migration issues – Tokon Mamytov

“Kyrgyzstan’s Foreign Ministry needs creation of a special department on migration issues,” the chairman of the Committee on Defence and Security, Tokon Mamytov, stated to 24.kg news agency.

According him, since migration issues have become the Foreign Ministry’s affairs an issue on this procedure ordering is not addressed. “These issues need to be brought into line with the legislation. Our committee had to deliberate on this document but we postponed the consideration because the Foreign Minister Ruslan Kazakbaev didn’t attend the meeting,” Tokon Mamytov explained.
