Victims in car accident caused by deputy Irina Karamushkina driver got compensation. It was announced on today’s court session.

Lawyer of the victim Kanat Zhayloev said that Transport Department of Parliament paid wife of the 70-years old Asangazy Kutmanaliev who died in the car accident Nurisa Abykanova 180K soms. Earlier the deputy’s driver mother gave 140K soms. The total sum is 320 soms.

“When the woman got money she wrote a quittance but saved her compliant on moral damage compensation address to the defendants and culprits including the deputy,” said Kanat Zhayloev.

He noted that the criminal case against the driver Alexei Khurasev won’t be closed but the quittance may soften a possible sentence.

Recall that other victim Almaz Matiev totally refused from all complaints to the defendant, and didn’t support the accusation. He wrote a necessary letter. Almaz Matiev also got compensation in 300K soms.

The case on car accident of the deputy’s car is being investigated at Chuy District Court.

On February 26 at 7:30 pm Irina Karamushkina staff car Toyota Camry (id-number 0039KG) hit 2 people. 70-years old Asangazy Kutmanaliev, a Naryn province dweller died and 38-years old Almaz Matiev was transported to a provincial hospital.

As Internal Affairs Ministry reported, the car disappeared the scene and caught later during interception operation. SDPK (Socialist and Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan) party deputy Irina Karamushkina was saying that wouldn’t make obstacle to correct investigation. But 2 days later she asked to release her driver under a written pledge not to leave town.
