The Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gapar Aitiev launches a new museum project Open World. Its curator, fine art expert, head of marketing department of the museum Cholpon Tentieva informed 24.kg news agency.
According to her, the main theme of the project is reflection of cultural identity of the peoples of the world in terms of globalization. "Organization of regular international exhibitions, art and culture campaigns is planned within cooperation with all the diplomatic missions of foreign states in Kyrgyzstan. The first international exhibition of photographic portraits (in ethnic costume) Heritage. EtnoART will open on December 5. "It, in our opinion, reflects the main idea of the project," Cholpon Tentieva said.
She added that about 100 photos from 11 countries will be exhibited in a single space. The exposition is supplemented by ethnographic costumes.
It will be open until December 25.
