Korean Center of the National Library of the Kyrgyz Republic named after A. Osmonov was donated video and audio materials for classes. Employees of the library reported.
According to them, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in the Kyrgyz Republic Yong Beng Hu visited the National Library, where he met with its director Jyldyz Bakashova. During the visit, the diplomat donated Korean center 71 sets of video and audio materials, in general- 131 CDs with movies, music, concerts in Korean language at $3,000.
Recall, the Center was opened in the library with the support of the Korean Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic. It acquaints the readers with treasures of science, culture and education in the land of the Morning Calm. In the future, it is expected to hold the Korean language classes in the Center and to organize training of library employees in Korea.
