Kyrgyzstan will take part in the international musical contest San Remo – Junior to run in San Remo (Italy) on April 21-22, 2010, Nazgul Dairova, coordinator of the project in Kyrgyzstan said.

The festival will reportedly attract the most gifted children from Russia, Italy and the Baltic states. “We are running out of time and will start the first probe in Kyrgyzstan since December 19,” Dairova said.

Kyrgyzstan is going to send about 30 jazz, rock and folk players of 6-9, 10-12 and 13-15 age categories. Teenagers are expected to perform in English or Italian languages.
