According to him, he played Spanish Rhapsody of Franz Liszt and delighted the sophisticated audience. “This is my first performance in the USA and I am glad that it was in such a memorable place for every pianist, at the Steinway Hall. Imagine, Rachmaninoff, Horowitz, Rubinstein and other great musicians have played here. I am very grateful to my Professor Pavlina Dokovska for sophisticated and hard work with me. Also I am glad to have the honor to receive the Natalie G. Risbeck award,” said Azamat Sydykov.
“Such famous musician as Eteri Andjaparidze attended the concert, held on September 19 and invited me to her masterclass in New York City. As it turned out, no one from Kyrgyzstan has played at this hall. The name of our country has rung,” added the pianist.
