In Bishkek, the turnout was 26 percent, in Osh - 27 percent, in the Osh oblast - 27 percent, in Batken - 31 percent, Chui - 31.8 percent, in Issyk-Kul - 30.2 percent, Talas - 26 percent.
As of 2 p.m. the total turnout in the country amounted to 29.9 percent. Abroad - no more than 4 percent of Kyrgyz citizens went to the polls. "Compared to previous campaigns, the turnout estimated as average. On the other hand, there is no merry-go-round voting and mass transportation of voters," Zharkyn Bapanova said.
