According to him, today all the polling stations of the country closed at 8 p.m. Elections of deputies of the parliament had completed. Biometric registration of citizens was used for voting for the first time.
"It was open and honest elections. It shows the strength of the power which created equal conditions for campaigning for all political parties. And the parties themselves, participating in a race, estimated the actions as open and transparent. Not any power can do this. Therefore, this election shows the political will of the president, the government and the whole state power," he said.
"We have managed to hold fair elections on the basis of biometric. After all, the most important power of biometrics - in principle "one voter - one vote." If you passed the biometrics, was on the list of voters, checked yourself, wasn't indifferent to power and his duties, could safely vote," he added.
