"There was no marry-go-round voting and ballot box stuffing during the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan," representative of the National Council for monitoring of parliamentary elections 2015 Bakyt Baketaev told.
According to him, the elections were the cleanest and most transparent in the history of modern Kyrgyzstan and were held without the most flagrant violations. "I would like to mention good work of the Prime Minister. It should also be noted that the leaders of Butun Kyrgyzstan Emgek party accepted defeat with dignity, they demonstrated political culture," Bakyt Baketaev said.
"In general we are happy with the voting process. Today Kyrgyzstan may consider itself truly civilized, legal and democratic republic. Therefore, other countries can follow our example," the observer said.
