Kyrgyzstanis in the EEU countries are fined for lack of medical insurance policy, the State Migration Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Service warns about violations of international law, in particular, the EEU Treaty.
The document says that social security, including compulsory health insurance of workers of Member States and members of families, carried out under the same conditions and in the same manner as citizens of the state of employment.
However, in some EEU countries, workers from Kyrgyzstan are brought to administrative responsibility for the lack of voluntary medical insurance policies.
The Migration Service didn't specify the states. Instead, they ask citizens who were fined in EEU countries due to lack of policy, make a written application to the State Service for Migration.
This is necessary in order to protest the illegal decision on the imposition of fines, expulsion, establishing restrictions on entry and measures to prevent future violations of interstate agreements.
