Accompanying notes are more convenient than talons for importers, when importing goods from EEU countries, Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service Kubanychbek Kumashov said today at a press conference.
Employees of the State Tax Service conducted a survey at the checkpoints and found that importers welcomed the introduction of the accompanying notes.
According to him, accompanying notes can be issued in advance and not at the checkpoint, as it was with talons. Importer can print the form, taking it in electronic form from the State Tax Service site. It is not necessary to buy it. Moreover, in the accompanying notes one doesn't have to specify the value of transported cargo. In addition, one must present a certificate of tax payment at the border.
From October 26, importers, importing goods from the EEU countries, must have the accompanying notes. Talons of the passage of the state control, which entrepreneurs filled when importing or exporting goods on vehicles across the state border of Kyrgyzstan, were canceled.
As Kubanychbek Kumashov said, earlier businessmen had difficulties, and therefore accompanying notes were developed. If it is absent, the guards will be informed about it in the mobile group. Importers have to take note at the State Tax Service and take the goods without obstacles.
