Members of an international terrorist organization, taking part in the fighting in Syria, were detained in Kyrgyzstan, the National Security Committee (GKNB) reported.
According to it, T.T., M.K. and M.A.- members of international terrorist organizations were identified and arrested on June 10 during operational and search activities of the National Security Committee on the territory of the Batken region.
It has been established that they have undergone terrorist training and participated in the fighting in Syria. They came to Kyrgyzstan with the intention of organizing underground cells of international terrorist organizations for holding a series of terrorist attacks in the cities of the country with the use of improvised explosive devices and firearms.
During a search of places of residence of the detainees, there were found and seized automatic weapons with loaded magazine, F-1 grenade, a large quantity of ammunition, extremist literature, a variety of electronic media with jihadist materials.
The detainees are in jail of GKNB.
