About 2 billion soms have been spent on facilities, built within Upper Naryn HPP cascade project in Kyrgyzstan. Director of Verkhnenarynskiye GES CJSC Alexander Narvaev said today at a meeting of the parliamentary commission on studying the targeted use of $ 37 million on Upper Naryn HPP cascade project.
He told that within the project there were built several facilities, including a shift camp for 450 places worth 260 million soms. Feasibility study of the project, according to Alexander Narvaev, cost 120 million soms, design documentation on Bulun and Naryn HPPs has been worked out. As a result, all the feasibility study cost about 800 million soms.
The head of JSC noted that during the project Naryn region received in taxes more than 120 million soms. The company paid to the Ministry of Transport of Kyrgyzstan 37,000 soms for the old bridge, which was then repaired, assembled and installed. The construction and installation works cost about 20 million soms.
Alexander Narvaev stressed that the construction was carried out according to estimates, it has passed the state examination, and all the documents are available. "We can attract an appraisal company - an independent auditor or the Audit Chamber for an expertise. We conducted all the operations under the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, tender announcements were published in the media and on our website, which also contains all the documentation on the project," the head of Verkhnenarynskiye GES CJSC said.
