"We have claims to Uzbek party on boarding houses," the Minister of Economy of the KR Arzybek Kozhoshev said to reporters today.
According to him, now the government doesn't consider the issue of possible compensation to Uzbekistan for the return of resorts Zolotye Peski, Dilorom, Rokhat-NBU and Buston to the Kyrgyz Republic. The Ministry of Economy believes that Kyrgyzstan also have something to show the neighbors.
"They used boarding houses for 25 years, made a profit, but didn't fulfill their investment obligations. In addition, many resorts have debts to the Social Fund and for the consumed electricity. Therefore, first we must calculate everything, and then we will talk about compensation," Arzybek Kozhoshev concluded.
