Kyrgyz President dismisses his advisers

President of Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiev has dismissed his advisers including a well-known narcologist Jenishbek Nazaraliev.

The president signed Wednesday a decree according to which the appointed on the voluntary basis advisers and aids were dismissed. The measure reportedly stems from an intention to optimize the work of the institution.

At least 22 persons, including Jenishbek Nazaraliev, Alexander Voinov and Muratbek Imanaliev, have been released from advisers’ office, while Svetlana Suslova has lost her post as the presidential aide.
