President’s institute formed in Kyrgyzstan

The President of Kyrgyzstan has signed a decree on establishment of government bodies, forming the president’s institute.

The following government bodies have been established to “create condition for formation of national and state ideology, rational balance between innovations and traditions, state government bodies and interests of groups, conduction of dialogue and securing of partnership between the state authority and civil society:”

-Presidential apparatus,

- Presidential secretariat,

-Central Development, Investments and Innovations Agency.

The decree has formed the following coordinating and consultative bodies, included in the president’s institute:

-Presidential council

-Development council.

The document appoints officials of the institute - the State Defense, Security and Law Order Advisor to the president, the Foreign Minister of Kyrgyz Republic.

The Presidential Secretariat, Apparatus, the Central Development, Investments and Innovations Agency are established on the basis of presidential administration.

The State Defense, Security and Law Order Advisor to the President and his office are formed on the basis of the Kyrgyz Security Council.

Strategic Analysis and Estimation Institute under the Kyrgyz president is functionally subordinated to the presidential secretariat.
