“Kyrgyzstanis do not need to pay for hot water, if it does not reach a proper temperature,” Asel Koduranova, the lawmaker said Thursday at a parliament session.

Many people have to wait for hot water for about 20 minutes, although they have meters. Thereby people must pay for a good they have not actually received. Since hot water is considered a good item, people have a right to demand a quality. “The government needs to resolve the situation, as the price grew up to 1,050 soms since 1 January, 2010, and till July it will be almost 2,050 soms,” Koduranova believes.
