Akhmatbek Keldibekov: All cars of Maxim Bakiyev must be sold at auction

“In Kyrgyzstan, all cars of Maxim Bakiyev and representatives of former authorities must be sold at auction like whole nationalized property,” the head of the parliamentary Committee on Budget and Finances Akhmatbek Keldibekov said at the Committee’s meeting.

According to him, it is unclear why this has not been done yet. “Everyone and his wife use these cars. They must be sold and earnings must be transferred to the social sector,” Akhmatbek Keldibekov said.

He noted also that Kristall plant and Bishkek Distillery must be sold also at auction. “It is unclear why these plants are being transacted through bankruptcy,” Akhmatbek Keldibekov added.
