“In Kyrgyzstan officials of Prime Minister Office and GKNB (State National Security Committee) agreed and acting against national interests,” said deputy Raykan Tologonov to 24.kg news agency.

According him, he received a letter from some investment company which is going to invest money into realization of biggest national projects and support national stabilization fund with $100M. “However, the investors’ arrival is being sabotaged by Prime Minister Office officials and GKNB officers prepared a note on unreliable character of investors. Basing on this paper with such original and absurd definition the Office low-ranking officials nullify any efforts of their chiefs. The reason is in lucre. These investors are ready to invest fewer than 2.5 per cent interest and the Office “partners” offer 8 per cent. I ask to investigate on what criterion GKNB print such notes on potential investors and what motives and instructions have the Office personnel. Prime Minister should check all this,” he considers.
