Do you lead healthy life?

There is an opinion that healthy life is affordable only for well-to-do people in Kyrgyzstan. In order to be fit, one needs to lead healthy life, avoid stress and go in for sports. But it is not available for the majority of middle-class people who go to work early in the morning and return home in the evening. Walking, exercises outdoors, professional training or sedentary life style - everybody chooses for himself. The news agency “24.kg” decided to ask Kyrgyz citizens: Do you lead healthy life and do morning exercises?
Kadyrbek Sarbaev, Kyrgyz Foreign Minister:
I think that sports and healthy life are the ever-present attributes of a modern person, it is difficult to do without sport. I bring up my children in such way. My daughter plays tennis and my son goes in for wushu. I often walk to work to keep myself fit, play football once a week and go swimming.
Askar Salymbekov, member of the Kyrgyz Parliament:
Every morning I do breathing exercises and can say that I lead healthy life. I have already been playing tennis for over than15 years. I would also play football with pleasure but can not due to joints problems.
Arkadi Adashov, rescuer:
A person of my profession should always be in shape and I advice my friends to eat healthy and go camping more often. My exercises are training at a rock-climbing wall. I am fond of mountain tourism. There is nothing better for health than mountain air. Sometimes I also play football with medical personnel.
Adilet Bekboev, director of the city Committee on Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism under Bishkek mayor’s office:
You ask if I lead healthy life. Come to judo sport hall at Spartak stadium and see how we compete with the republican team. I am a sportsman, gave eight my young years to professional sport. Today I surely have no time to do full-scale exercises or run but I manage to take a bath and go to work to promote sport and healthy live among people.
Valentin Vlasov, Russian Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan:
I am keen on walking. To my mind it is the most effective way to feel well. I advice everybody to follow my example. Going along the streets I pass all the traffic jams by and come in to work on time. It is my morning exercises. In general, I go in for billiards.
Kainar Toktomushev, Director of the Western Countries Department under the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry:
Football is the best sport ever. 50 years of my 55-years-long life I play football, and do morning exercises every day. It is good for health. Unfortunately, my son takes no interest for football but he goes in for swimming. It would be luck for me if my future grandchildren like football and be healthy.
Nurdin Ibraimov, chief of the International Department to the State Tourism Agency:
I am definitely an active person. I love skiing, swimming and playing football. Nowadays people mostly seat in offices, that is why the new generation should obligatory take sports or at least do morning exercises.
Aidai Sabirova, housewife:
I am 27. Not long ago I gave birth to my daughter and nowadays I devote all my time to her. I have no time for morning exercises. When my daughter grows a little I will certainly go for fitness to put my body in shape.
Alexander Tretyakov, film director:
Owing to intense timetable I rare have time for morning exercises. I also have no time for professional sports. But when I have some spare time I love to climb mountain peaks with my confederates. For example, last time we hiked 12 km through the snow-covered mountains to skate on the frozen Adygena Lake. I also love to ride a bicycle with my friends on weekends.
