Up to 70 percent of expensive medical equipment in regions of Kyrgyzstan idles, the deputy Jyrgalbek Turuskulov said today at a meeting of Parliament.
According to him, this happens because there are no professionals who could work on it. "Do you agree with that?" the deputy asked Deputy Health Minister Amangeldy Murzaliev.
"No. We have equipment which we have received through humanitarian aid line. They miss some parts. There are no facts of idle equipment. The commission is working on this issue," the official said.
Amangeldy Murzaliev added that modern equipment is delivered not only to the capital but also to towns in regions.
