"Kyrgyzstan has overcome turning point," the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev said today at the ceremony of presenting credentials by the Ambassadors.
He noted the importance of the Ambassadors' work. "Many things in our relations depend on them. I know how the Ambassador of one of the European countries appeared and turned relations just in a year. They became so active. If an Ambassador sleeps in his workplace, of course... it's also one of the variants. But I hope that you will do everything to ensure development of our relations. Our country passes a tipping point, I would say - has passed. We have survived two Arab springs, passed what Ukraine has experienced, and found our way," the President said.
He promised the Ambassadors that the Office of the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will provide them "full support." "The foreign policy is very important for us," Almazbek Atambayev summed up, wishing representatives of foreign countries success in their work and hoped that they will like Kyrgyzstan.
The Ambassadors of Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Poland, Australia, the Philippines, Israel, Sweden, Algeria and Hungary presented credentials to the President.
