"Social and political situation in Kyrgyzstan during the elections is stable," the First Deputy Interior Minister of Kyrgyzstan Nurbay Kasymbaev said today at a press conference.
According to him, 10, 800 police officers and 10,000 representatives of voluntary people's squads are on duty all over the republic. "We are working in emergency mode. Gross violations were not registered. Police urges citizens to maintain public order in the country," Nurbay Kasymbaev said.
