At least 10 children were injured in two explosions in the eastern Afghan province of Nangarhar. Afganistan.ru reported with reference to representatives of the local authorities.
The first explosion occurred not far from the building of secondary school in the city of Jelalabad that is the provincial administrative center. As a result, 8 children were injured - 7 girls and one boy. The victims were taken to hospital, where they were provided medical care.
The second explosion occurred on the territory of the store in the county Chaparhar. As a result, two more minors were injured.
Investigation began on each of the accidents. None of the groups of irreconcilable armed opposition has claimed responsibility for any of the explosions in which the children have suffered.
