Kyrgyzstanis won six gold medals at the international alysh wrestling tournament, the press service of the State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports of the KR reported.
According to it, the competition, dedicated to the memory of Hero of Kyrgyzstan Absamat Masaliev, took place yesterday in the Palace of Sports named after Kojomkul. It was attended by 132 sportsmen from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. There were six sets of medals.
Sharshenaly uulu Madaminbek was the first among men in the weight category up to 70 kg, up to 80 kg - Esenbek Kudaiberdiev, up to 90 kg - Chyngyz Chalabaev, over 90 kg - Kadyr Kelsinbekov. Meerim Momunova was the first among women in the weight category up to 65 kg, over 65 kg - Dildora Rakhmanova (all from Kyrgyzstan).
