According to her, HIV and TB programs ended in 2016. The reproductive health strategy - even earlier, in 2015. There are no documents at all on oncology, hepatitis and diabetes.
"The Minister of Health Talantbek Batyraliev says about the transition to international standards. About what standards we can speak, if there is no even national program? Health Deputy Minister Amangeldy Murzaliev informed that "Den sooluk" was adopted in 2012.
